Janice holds an Associate's degree in Nursing from North Harris College , certification in Paralegal Studies from Southwestern Paralegal Institute, Legal Nurse Consulting from Vicky Milazzo Institute and National Anger Management Specialist-II from the Anger Management Institute.
Janice gives back to the community by volunteering services at Texas Department Criminal Justice. She designed and taught a healthcare curriculum for Harris County Sheriff's Office "Mentoring Moms" re-entry program. Additionally, she taught anger management education in local and state jail facilities. Currently, she partners with Standing in Faith Ministries, providing visitation to state jails and prisons, sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Janice authored a book:" Psalms for the Heart," a 30 -day devotional. She has one adult daughter and two adult grandchildren.

Letitia is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and Director of Academic Guidance and Counseling at a school district in the Houston area. She has over 20 years of counseling experience with men, women, children, adolescents, families and couples. Letitia has co-authored two counseling related books: School Counselor Side Hustle and School Counselors as Practitioners: Building on Theory, Standards and Experience for Optimal Performance. Additionally, she mentors individuals who are beginning their counseling practices.
Letitia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Texas A&M University, a Master of Arts in Counseling from Prairie View University and a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision from Capella University.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Texas at Dallas and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
Laura has a wealth of experience in program implementation, including student information systems, human resources/payroll, and bio-metric time keeping. She created numerous train-the-trainers adult education programs and computer -based blended learning models that emphasizes problem-based learning. Among her accomplishments are District Award for Teacher Excellence and Texas Educator Excellence for achieving grants totaling more than 1 million dollars.
Laura supports and volunteers for events that support children and families. She and her husband are active members of Baytown Rotary Club.

Dr. Rodney Johnson is an independent education consultant for Education Wise, a company which he founded. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Southwestern Oklahoma State University, a master's degree in education at University of North Texas, a Doctorate in secondary education at Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas, and a master's degree in Curriculum and Instructions from University of Texas -Arlington.
Rodney served as administrator in several Texas I.S.D until his retirement in 2009.
Rodney believes in "action research" and he uses his extensive educational prowess in research related to prevention and re-offending behavioral tendencies. He lives in Richmond, Texas with his wife.
Derrell Foster is founding pastor and CEO of I Rise Church, Houston, Texas. He hosts "The Hope Connection" on Rhema Gospel radio, KOER-LP, FM 101.5. For more than 35 years, Derrell has been noteworthy for pastoral leadership in addition to family and marriage counseling and personal ministry.
Derrell acquired ministry license and ordination from the Ministry Development Institute in Theological and Ministerial Studies at New Light Christian Center Church, Houston, Texas.
Previously, Derrell served as Customer Service representative and Production Manager at Xerox Corporation. He earned a diploma in Automotive Technology and Certification as a Licensed Automotive Technician at Wyoming Technical Institute. Derrell is an active Board member of The Ephraim Foundation, which offers community family counseling services.
Derrell and his wife lives in Houston and they are the proud parents of 3 daughters and 5 grandchildren. His favorite past-time activities include family cookouts, long walks in the park and swimming. His favorite quote is "We shall rise above every situation to build God's people"
